We invite submissions for the 4th AAAI Fall Symposium on Unifying Representations for Robot Application Development.

Review Process

We follow a double-anonymous review process where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous during the review phase. Please anonymize your work before submitting!

Submission Types

Choose the format that best fits your contribution

We invite the following contributions , formatted using the AAAI author kit :

Full Papers

5-8 pages*
archival optional

Novel research, artifact submissions, or strong works in progress.

Short Papers

2-4 pages*
archival optional

Positions, smaller artifacts, and early works in progress.

* Page limits do not include references.

Help us plan for reviewers by emailing urrad.symposium@gmail.com with:

  • "[UR-RAD] Intent to Submit" as the subject
  • A tentative title, tentative author list, and tentative keywords

This step is optional. Note that at least one author from each paper will be expected to review 2-3 other UR-RAD papers.
